Audio streaming stopped when my screen is locked?? Subsonic?

I just set up subsonic to stream music to my phone, however, I found that the music streaming stop when my screen locks

is this the standard behavior?

if so, how do i get around with it (besides leaving the screen on all the time)??

I have not tried the app you refer to, but so far all the music/podcast apps I have do stream when I turn the screen off.

check your always on data setting. if that is set to "off" then it will stop streaming once the phone goes to sleep.

my Pandora was doing this and took me a few to figure it out.

thats strange then. Mine only did this with the always on data unchecked. My theory is because it couldnt sync to the network a few mins after the screenshut off and went to sleep.

As soon as I would wake it, it would show searching for signal or network and then connect right away again from where it left off.
