audio,videos and streaming problem..

Hello,Im from Albania,Europe!
My phone(Lg L70 D320) cant play any music,video or radio...and when someone is calling me here its no phone ringing..and when i play music it appear an message "Sorry the player does not support this type of audio file"...and when i connect my erphones and going to radio it appear connect your earphone to play radio...and when i go to youtube it wont open any video...and when i play games there is no audio...what its happening to my phone...please is someone to tell me how to fix it...,Thank You

Is this for locally saved music and video files, or streaming, or both? You mentioned the player not supporting this type of audio file--what type is it? MP3, WMA, FLAC? What happens when you try to play MP4 video files? Do you get the same error? Or for videos, are you only talking about YouTube not opening any video?

Does the phone actually show that someone is calling, but you just don't hear the ringtone? Or does the call not come through at all? If you don't hear the ringtone, are you sure the ringtone volume is turned up? Does the phone's main speaker play any sound at all? How about through wired headphones?

FM radio on phones requires headphones to be connected, because it uses the headphone wire as an FM antenna. The fact that the phone doesn't seem to detect the headphones suggests a problem with the headphone jack.

I have try too many headphones but still nothing...i cant open videos at webpages and youtube...even my videos on gallery....and i have mp3 songs....volume is at maximum but here is no sound....and when i playgames here are no sound....i have root my device from kingroot...what is happening at my phone...please help me...

And when someone is calling me here is no phone ringing....only the number wich is calling me...and when i answer the calling i cant hear the other person....and he/she cant hear me....whats the problem here

It's always hard to know how much of the problem stems from rooting and any modification that might have been done. Did you delete any system or preinstalled app? Did you install a custom ROM?

No i didnt install any custom rom...but i think i have done modifications at mixer.path
