It's been a pretty rough week leading up to and including today. I went over to the cemetery today and visited with my friend for awhile. There were probably 10 people already there, and at least 15 or 20 showed up while I was there. I know how this event affected Matt's family and close friends, what I am wondering is how it affected everyone else.

For me having Matt taken away like that was like losing a little brother. Not a day goes by that I don't miss him. I cannot drive past or go into a theater without seeing his face.

Please do not turn this into a gun control debate. We have enough of those already.

A TV station in Colorado posted this video earlier this week.

Also, I want to give a very public thank you to Deb for the PM today. It means a lot to me.

So once again thank you.

You have my deepest condolences l2r. While I have experienced death in my family, I have never had any of my friends, let alone one of my closest friends die. So I can only imagine the pain you must be going through.

Just so you know though, we are all here for you if you need to talk. And I'm sure the other members will chime in as well.

While I don't know you personally, I actually feel like you guys (in the lounge section) are closer friends to me than my real friends are. But hey those are my problems, no need to fret about them.

Sent from my paranoid s3...
