auto backups via ftp?

Anyone know of a way to automate backups of the SD card via ftp or other means (to a pc) .thanks.

EStrong File Explorer can scan your local network for online PCs and lets you copy contents from SD card to PC. It can connect through FTP and Bluetooth as well. I never used the USB cable once I got that app.

It does not automate the back up though. It's initiate through a simple multi-select the files/folders > copy > paste in remote destination.

Wow! I'm backing up my SD now, great looking app too. Thanks for the suggestion, I came from a pre where I knew EVERY app available...So many apps on Android it is easy to overlook some great ones.
