Auto brightness

Anyone else think the auto brightness is to dim? I'm looking for a solution if anyone has one.

Yeah it's too dim but I hate adjusting manually all the time so tolerating it

Auto bright wasn't all that great on the G6 either

never liked auto bright on any phone. so far have kept the phone at 50 and working out fine.
haven't been outside in sunlight with it yet though.

Coming from HTC, I'm already frustrated. With my HTC devices, you can bump the auto brightness up or down as you liked. Does this seriously not have that?
