auto capitalize issue

I'm new to Android, and there are a few glitchy issues with my G3 that I'm needing some help with. The first is the auto capitalize feature. On my iPhone, it always worked without fail. But I can't get it to work on my new G3 unless I'm typing "I". even when I'm using voice texting, it won't auto capitalize a New sentance. It's turned on, so I don't know what's wrong. If you can help me I would appreciate it.

Perhaps Settings, General, Apps, swipe to All, scroll to the LG Keyboard app, and select Clear Cache and Clear Data might fix it.

Using the Google keyboard on my G3, and I haven't had any problems with auto capitalization.

I already use the Google keyboard. That's where I'm having the problem.

Perhaps Settings, General, Apps, swipe to All, scroll to the LG Keyboard app, and select Clear Cache and Clear Data might fix it.

Have you tried the cache/data clear on the Google Keyboard app?
