auto connect of wifi

Hi.. Moto g when WiFi is off at settings menu sometimes it automatically getting ON, phone is switching to silent mode.

Can u explain me why it is happening??

Go to Advanced Wi-Fi. Uncheck "Scanning always available" and see what happens.

I hv uninstalled clean master app.. After that this problem is not occurring... But only once when WiFi was not on in mobile it connected automatically.. Observing it.. Will revert if it continuous.. Planning to factory reset.. Is it OK?

@ HK.. Scanning always available was not ON when the problem exist. Thanks for ur reply...
