auto correct texting in handset sms?

any way to set it up? I went through the options but could not find it

I now use go SMS, but I started using handcent. in both I haven't come across any autocorrect features for the program, but I use the swype keyboard and I think it varies between swype and the regular keyboard.

Just turn on auto correction on the keyboards settings.
