Auto correction

Anyone else have issues with the phone autocorrecting wrong. I use the stock keyboard and as screen shot shows my current settings. It often corrects to something wrong or doesnt correct at all.

I do not have this problem and my settings are the same as yours. But I do have a question about this keyboard, for the life of me, I can't remember how to change the background colors. Mine seems to be stuck in this ugly yellow. Any help?

I found the stock spellcheck to be terrible and keyboard layout didn’t work for me always hitting comma when wanted space... swiftkey fixed that.

Seconded for Swiftkey.
Been using it since the Note 1.
It went downhill for a while with a small team trying to manage a massive user base across phones and tablets with wildly different display properties but has been great for years.
