Auto-Forward on Gear S3 w/Verizon

I finally got the thing and because I am on a business account I cannot get numbershare and I do not see the same feature to enable forwarding on this watch as my old Gear S had. Does anyone have a suggestion?

picked it up on Thursday. Not sure how numbershare helps. If your phone is off, it will not transfer to the watch. If the Phone is on, they cannot dial your watch phone #. What is the benefit of numbershare?
