Auto rotate always on with icon turned off.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 I am having issues with the auto rotate it rotates my phone all the time. Guess what my auto rotate in the pull-down is turned off I am 100% sure of this. I turned off my phone several times, and I have deleted recent apps I had downloaded. I have searched but all articles say to turn on or off the icon. There is something else going on can someone please help?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accessibility -- is Auto-Rotate turned off there as well?

Absolutely can't stand this feature. It blocked my keyboard. There's got to be a way or app to remove this thing. Settings Justin Ramon available on my Note 9
