I just tried it and mines working.

Interesting. Mine won't and I have to press the on screen button to rotate in either direction.

Try a reboot

Reboot didn't do it for me but it seems to be working now after a cache partition wipe.

You notice on the 2nd beta a little icon appears on bottom of the screen like the pixel 3 for rotation

Sorry, I was mistaken. Lol That fixed it on my 6T. Lol I've factory reset the Note.

mine only works the first time i rotate. if i turn the phone back into portrait mode, it won't rotate automatically after that. has been that way since i go it. also, no matter what i do to the settings, YouTube won't stay on, if i exit out, it just turns off. when I first got the phone it used to stay on top of whatever i was doing. I'm on Oreo.

I'm on beta , but try setting>apps>special access>appear on top make sure you tube is checked and also in special access that picture in picture is allowed for you tube .

I often enough have to press the square icon to get full screen, I thought it might have to with the individual uploaded videos since it's quite random
