OK i Have a Android TV box.A Beelink GT 1.It has 2g's memory. It doesnt have any bloat ware. When I start it up and go to aps section and look under running aps I want it to not autstart these aps on boot.Aps like browser,Vlc,KOdi.
I have tried a couple programs and cleaners that claim to do it.But after disabling them and rebooting app list still shows them running.Device from factory is rooted.I cant get any of these apps to do what it says they do and stop apps from loading up and using memory on boot.
Am I missing something.I have to go into apps and manually choose force stop .I dont want to do that every time I boot up.Its a TV box.I dont need android systems starting up for phone or camera.

Welcome to Android Central! To disable the apps, are you going to Settings>Apps, selecting the app, and tapping Disable?
