Auto Suggestion Words

I accidently added a non word to the auto suggestion words list. How do you remove that word? The word was added when composing a SMS message.

When I do stuff like that I just leave it, one it makes me laugh everytime I see it (helps if your in a bad mood) and two yep we make mistakes.
