Auto Switching Networks

I may be on a 4G or H+ connection and at random times it switches to E.

The way I fix it is going to Settings->More Networks->Mobile Networks->Network Operators->And choose the first network from the 2 from the list from my provider (my provider actually provides 2 networks, I wonder why?)


But this is happening every day and I have to wait 2 minutes to scan the networks every time I do this, so it's becoming annoying.

Is there any way to solve this once and for all?

My provider is 3 Ireland and I'm using Android 4.4.2 on a Note 3.

Do you have a connections optimizer option? If so, you can turn it off. You'll have to manually switch networks after that, but it should fix your issue.
