I noticed that on the drop down settings menu that auto-sync option is not there. All my other android phones had it there. Is there a way to add it or some type of app/widget that doesn't drain the battery that would work?
During the day I can not have my phone on me so I put it in my locker. I usually put it airplane mode, and take auto sync off. This way it conserves battery life. Normally my battery is still at 100% when I leave work for the day. But with the auto-sync left on, it will drain my battery by sometimes 3%-4%.
I have tried using battery saver and data saver to see if those combined would work too. But no, it does not help. I have to take the auto sync off. And having to go into the settings search for it and toggle it on and off is a pain in the butt. Used to having it right in the drop down settings, and it made it nice.
Thanks!
Mel
