Auto text back ignored calls?

You can set up auto text by:

Settings --> Call Settings --> Ignore with message --> Create (then enter the messages you would like to see like 'In a meeting. Text me if you need an immediate response.')

Now when you choose to ignore a call, select message and it will give you the options to send the previously set quick messages

Question: (like in Gingerbread) is there a way to have text message options pop up to send to a caller when you ignore their call?
