Have you tried forcing / checking for updates in main settings?

Which cellular service provider are you using?

When you say it's unlocked, do you mean it's "carrier-agnostic" (meaning it was never meant to be sold through a carrier), or that it was originally from a carrier, but then carrier-unlocked to use elsewhere? If the latter, then typically the phone has to be on its original carrier's network in order to get official system updates over-the-air.

When you go to settings and about phone > software information whats your security patch month say and what Android version are you on , possible you might not have a update available yet

Even an unlocked phone will get a prompt when an update is available.
