Automatic Call Recorder - No Sound

Hi guys and girls,

I have just downloaded Automatic Call Recorder from the play store and I recorded all calls today, totally about five. But NO sound at all is coming out of them.

I tried playing them from inside the app, and also externally as .amr but no use. Also tried converting them to .mp4 and .mp3 but still no success.

Any suggestions how I can get sound from the .amr recording file??

Which phone?
Which version of android?
Which carrier?
Which exact ACR app?

Some phones make this more difficult than others.
Have you checked the developer's website for any tips and tricks?
