Automatic "Do Not Disturb" Doesn't Work With All Calendar Events

I'm running Android 6.0. I have configured "Do Not Disturb" to turn on automatically for calendar events when I'm marked as busy. This works fine for my main Google calendar and a Microsoft Exchange calendar I have synced. However, events created using additional Google calendars, even if I mark myself as busy, do not enable "do not disturb" mode.

This used to work properly, if I recall correctly, on KitKat.

Any ideas or known bugs?
