Automatic WiFi on 4.0 S21 Ultra

I've noticed for some time that even though I have the switch to turn WiFi on automatically, I'm finding when I am home I have to turn it on manually. When looking at the switch, it's off. Any suggestions?

Hi, in wifi settings under advanced tap wifi control history is anything there?

yes. there is an entry for yesterday afternoon. tapping it only takes me back to the advanced page.

do you see your home wi-fi network under "Turn on Wi-Fi automatically" settings? it has to be on there in order for the device to connect to the wi-fi network automatically

apps present are Google Play Services from Oct 13 and
Turn on wifi automatically.

my home network does not appear, yet under it's settings, the switch is on to re-connect automatically. I don't know how to add it.

Ok so go to settings>apps >3 dots upper right corner tap>special access>wifi control tap>turn off anything there that can control wifi , some will be greyed out so no worries with them

They can control your wifi on or off , i keep them all off there , i want only me controlling WiFi lol

well, came home and wifi was off. guess I'll just have to manually turn it on. maybe the next patch will resolve this

You can wait see if next update fixes it , there are couple mode things to try.
Settings>general management>reset>reset network
Settings>general management>reset >reset settings
