Automatically saving non camera pictures to SD card

Quick question, how to get pictures besides the camera pictures to be saved to SD card automatically. Like my downloaded pictures.

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think you can do that universally, but it looks like you can set the Internet browser to download to the SD card: How to set default download location to an SD card on Galaxy S5 ?.
