OK everyone, I've been working on making an app that allows you to automate the settings on your phone when a MotoMod is connected. You can choose to set:
Auto-Rotate
Bluetooth
Volume Level
Display Time Out
Display Brightness
and even auto launch an app!

It's a simple user interface, but hopefully it'll come in handy! Hit the link below and let me know what you think!

So it was actually made in tasker! I tried to make it with all the options one might want to set when attaching a mod. The app also puts your phone's settings back to the way they were before you attached the mod!

Neat. Is it able to be mod-specific? Attaching the speaker resulting in different actions than attaching a battery mod, for example?

Actually, there is a way to have different automation tasks occur when you attach different mods... I've just published an app specific to the projector and the JBL speaker!

I'm not exactly sure what would want to be automated for a battery mod yet, so I don't have one for that.

The general AutoMod is ideal if you only have one mod really, but if you happen to have the projector mod and the speaker mod, having the two apps will yield the best automation experience. I hope this helps!
