On my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra I have an app installed that I don't want to delete, but I can start it whenever I want, the problem is that it starts automatically and I don't see any permission to disable this startup
How do I disable an app from starting automatically?

You'd have to install something like No Root Firewall, from the play store, which you can control it's behavior.

Excuse me, I think that it is not related to my question,
No Root Firewall does not interact in any way with enabling or disabling the autostart of an app.
By the way, the first app I installed in my smartphone was NetGuard.

There's apps out there that you would have to create a formula for, such as Tasker, IFFFT come to mind, that would give you what you are looking for. Albeit not easy to program, but can be done.

Welcome to AC!
Use this app it will do what you ask and can enable it anytime
