Aux/headphone port skipping when playing music?

I have the same issue. Drives me nuts, thought it was bad files. I have stock widgets running (only task manager on home screen)

There is a fix for this if you are rooted. Use a program such as setcpu to set minimum cpu speed to at least 200. Fixes it right up.
