AUX Vs. Headset

Hello Team,

So when I plug my AUX Cord to the phone to listen in my car, it reads as headphones/headset and give me the annoying max volume warning but I'm not listening via headphones, it's via speakers/aux in my car, how do I get the AUX to read as AUX and not as headset?

What phone do you have?
Are you just concerned about getting of the warning or more concerned with output from the phone?

Hi Mike! I have the Blackberry Keyone. I'm more concerned with the output from the phone. Does Android phones has AUX output or does it automatically goes to headset when you plug in AUX to your car? I want AUX because I don't want the warning and I need the full volume capacity when listening in my car so I guess I'm concerned with both lol.

There no way, phone does not distinguish what's plugged in. But supposedly that message only appears once per reboot. Once you ack it, it doesn't come back until you reboot again.

Look into Tasker or Automate.
