Thoughts on this? Some people are having issues, others are not. Should we wait?

I know others are getting ROM's ready that are Froyo+Sense, too.

I am installing official update from HTC.

Root is not a huge issue. I would rather not have the complications other are having.

Hats off to Ava for this release though. Fantastic work.

I've been running AVA since last night and haven't had any issues. Haven't tried 4G yet.

I can't flash the new radio in that thread for some reason. the WiMax radio went fine, just not the Baseband radio.

I got them both to go with no problems. I had to do them one at a time, though. Try re-downloading the baseband radio again if you can't get it because it DOES work.

I'm running the new radios with CM6.

yeah, the speed is an issue, thats the only thing bugging me along with the fps cap...otherwise its legit

Didn't like the Ava ROM it forced closed and restarted randomly in calls for me.

My 3g speeds used to avg around 1mb. I now have AVA with current radios and wimax. My speeds have gone down dramatically to 250k.

Is it sunspots or can I try something? I have flashed other radios, roms and such with no luck.
