Avail Wifi

I just bought the Avail for AT&T and just got back to work.
I'm trying to connect the WiFi to my phone and when I do it it will say:
Connecting...Authenticating..Remembered, secured with WPA/WPA2 PSK..
and the eventually it disables.
I use this same wifi for my laptop and ipad and it still works.
Any ideas why the phone cannot connect?

Have you tried toggling wifi on/off? Or rebooting the device? Often times those troubleshooting steps will fix problems like this.

Yes, I have turned off the WiFi several times as well as the phone itself.
