Availible memory on Verizon

I'm looking at new phones to replace my S5 and the N8 is high on my list. I see it only comes with 64 gb of internal memory. What I wondered is how much is actually available after Verizon adds all their junk. The small amount of memory is one thing I never liked about my S5. I thought it would be enough but after a year I was deleting apps to add new ones and can't update many apps due to space. It would be nice if all or at least most apps would run from the SD card but many won't. The other option is the iX but I dread returning to Apple. I will say the possibility of a much faster processor is interesting though.
