I don't believe this because the new cap was set at 54fps. It will not go above that.. I have ran a clean Evo on FPS2D and it will not exceed 54fps.

I don't think they give it an actual cap, the phone just does what it can.

Well, I used the FPS display on the game Air Control. It typically ranges between 53 and spikes to 56.
