On my Note 4 when I go to Battery settings I am able to tap the graph and it will show me different things like network signal and phone awake time. This is how I solved my battery issues I could see something was keeping my phone awake constantly. On my wife's S6 when I click the graph it does nothing so this must be missing from the S6? Her battery is horrible and I'm trying to find out what is keeping the phone awake so what is the best way to do this with the S6?

Open system settings - battery. From there you should see a graph and listings of apps and services consuming the higher percentages of batter. Click the apps or services to see more information about that app or service.

Have you tried a 3rd party battery app... like GSAM or Battery Monitor Widget? Both do have much deeper reporting if you have root access, but on non-root phones, they can still provide a lot more information than the stock battery tools.
