back button and recent apps button not lit up or working

I have tried all the resets and checked my power saving mode options. Everything is correct. I just bought this phone 4 days ago. They were working fine yesterday and I went to use them today and they don't light up or work. How can I fix this? It is a galaxy S5

Have you tried a Cache Partition Wipe? Also a Factory Reset?
