Back button not working sometimes

Anyone experiencing their back button "freezing?" I am not sure when or why, but at intermittent (a few times per day) times my back button is useless unless I hit the poewer button. I do not need to reboot, just hit the button to begin from the lock screen. I believe, I must keep checking though, thath the left side button freezes up too when that occurs. Thank you.

It's the now legacy American series, completely hand built in their Oregon facility. Rosewood bottom and sides and cedar top. Magnificent warm clean tone. My favorite of all my guitars.

Seems to be a bug. Mine works fine. I would suggest clearing cache in the bootloader. If you still have a problem, you t ry a factory data reset, and don't install any apps to see if the problem goes away

I'll try the cache clearing but a factory reset requires desperation on my part. I have done a reset when the Lux app broke my Samsung Pay and it fixed that problem. I hope that clearing the cache fixes this, I really don't relish the idea of doing another factory reset.

I have the same problem. Living with it for now hoping that the next update fixes the problem.

I have had this problem several times, and all were in the Gmail app.
