It seems that one of the clips holding my back cover won't snap down no matter what I do. It leaves a slight lip that is pretty annoying.

Anyone else had a similar issue? I wonder if Verizon/Samsung would just send me a replacement back cover instead of having to totally replace the phone.....

Same problem here. I would imagine that a new cover would be Verizon's repair vs. a new phone.

I thought I had this problem at first. Make sure you apply pressure at almost all points along the edges. There are more connection points than you think so make sure that all of them are locking in. It's a big change from other phones where the cover usually just slides in place and locks at the corners.

If it really is faulty, go to the Verizon store. You don't wanna get stuck mailing your phone back and being without your new phone for a few days. Verizon should either just give you a new backpanel (if it's a problem with the panel not the phone) or give you a new phone at the store.

I wonder if this is the same problem I had with the Galaxy Nexus..I had to use my fingernaul to pry the little tabs on the back of the cover so it would finally snap into place.
