Back glass replaced by Samsung?

Has anyone shipped their S8 or S8+ to Samsung for repair? My back panel broke, Samsung says only $70 to replace it and it is a 9-11 day turn around.

Would love to hear input from anyone who has done this!

I had to send my S8 Plus in due to screen retention. Everything you stated sounds spot on. They did a great job for me in a decent turn around time. They also have loaner phones available if you require one.

My note 8 screen shattered three weeks ago and got it repared by Samsung. They did an AMAZING job. Read about my experience on note 8 post I made.
