Back Key and Lock screen

Hello,

I need help please...When I press the Back Key in the Lock Screen, the clock zooms in, the whole screen dims a little and I get white borders of a rectangle occupying two thirds of the screen ..and when I press again on the same back key, the lock screen returns to normal.....is this the case with you guys or is it only me?

It's showing the area where you can swipe to unlock the device. It's not just you.

Is there any way to remove this box? I am getting it all the time when I try to open a widget or a favorite app in the lock screen.
