back to stock using wugs need help

ok so I have been having issues so I decided to go back to completely stock and retrace my steps and see where maybe i screwed up my phone.

heres whats going on. I have wugs tool kit 1.5.3 (newest version)

I try to run the auto back to stock. it goes to Dl the image and gets a mismatch hash error and stops. and says I can down load it myself. so I did. it downloas as a .tgz file and I put it in the folder wugs says to.
C:\Program Files (x86)\WugFresh Development\data\Factory_Images

it keeps saying that it cant find the file. whats going on?

I used the kit 5 months ago to root and it worked just fine so I dont know whats up here.

now I seem to be getting the file to be recognized but it keeps hanging in "checking adb status" then failing. I have done the drivers thing 3 times. can anyone walk me through just clearing everything and trying the drivers over. I had the drivers working from a while ago and I think I might have messed it up

wow.....so I had my firewall off line while doing this and because of this it would not allow the connection to Adb. weird stuff


Seems all my issues where due to my firewall being disabled. as soon as I turned it back on wugs downloaded and flashed stock perfectly with no issues.

seen that issue a few times. rebooting but the computer and the device was the fix in my case. Glad it's working!
