Just ran the clean tool. I tried to re-install the bloat and return back to stock so I can get the update. It seemed like it worked but I don't see all the verizon stuff , so I assume it didn't work . What am I doing wrong

Should I just do a factory reset, or is there a better way

I figured it out. I'm going to update now so I'm sure I'll have some more questions later
