Back up and Jellybean update

Hi

I was just wondering whether you know whether anyone knows if I have to back everything up on the Samsung note 10.1 before installing jellybean?

I have work in some apps and don't know how to back them up so not to loose them. Any advise for how to back up everything on the note would be greatly appreciated.

I apologise if this has already been asked but I have been searching and not found any advise.

Go to Settings, back up and reset. You can back up everything to your Google account & I think Dropbox also.. You may also want to sync everything in some account --settings, sync accounts.
