Back up imei?

I know people were losing their imei on the old kernal flahing method, but are people still having issues with the new unlocked bootloader?

It is still possible that I believe. However now that we have an unlocked bootloader this might me more rare. Check my thread about flashing CM10, I posted a link to the guide on how to back up your IMEI.

Unlocked bootloader is irrelevant since it's also happening on the other carriers. Seems to be isolated to aosp roms for the most part

My point was more that the bootloader being unlocked will makes it easier on devs and problems should occur less. Not saying it will solve all the problems but might help in fixing problems.
