Individual notification sound

I'm enjoying my new S24. For some reason I can't find how to set a different notification tone for each text thread. Is this still an option?

Yes definitely. I can't remember if you need to allow individual notification categories first. If so, what you do is this - settings, notifications, advanced settings, toggle manage notification categories for each app.
Now in any app you can choose and change the sound in the notification settings of the app in question.
