Backing up Droid x

Okay so I was one of the unlucky ones that got a droid x with a couple blown pixels. Big Red is sending me a new one now that I pretty much have my rooted "x" set up the way I want it. Is there anyway to save everything to roll it over to the new droid without having to set everything up again. I am a prior BB user and was able to back-up with desktop manager...I am using a mac.

Titanium backup for apps and settings.

Launcher pro will back up your home screens if you use it. You have to restore the widgets yourself, though.

Oh and be sure to un-root. It can't hurt.
