I have an LG G2 (Android 4.3) with Verizon.
I recently dropped my phone and cracked the screen. The phone itself is still functional (the display works), but the touchscreen no longer works. Unfortunately, the phone was set to "Charge-Only Mode" when connected via USB to a PC. Because of this, I'm unable to backup my files (I can't change the setting since the touchscreen is broken).
My question: is it possible to backup my files despite not being able to get the phone out of charge-only mode, maybe with some sort of software for my PC? I've tried the LG driver--it made no difference.
Summary: The touchscreen is broken and the phone is in charge-only mode. Can I still backup my files to my PC?
