backing up sd card to pc - help

Ok so Im trying to create a folder on my PC to back up the SD card. When I plug in my usb and phone I get "USB connected, select to copy files to/from your computer" in the notification bar.
When I click that I get a screen w/ a droid that says Phone connected to computer via USB click button below to copy....I click that get another screen that says USB storage in use and it just gives me an option to turn off......After that nothing happens.....
Nothing on my computer that gives me an option to create a folder etc.

Am I doing something wrong? Please help and thanks guys

Go to My Computer > F Drive (that is your sd card)

Copy it to your computer where ever you like

figured it out thanks. There was a problem w/ the driver fixed that and all is well. Man Im using my wifes PC since my LT got stolen and she has Vista everything is different w/ this OS it seems.
