i guess Google doesn't really care about Nexus 4 sale anyway. sales wasn't probably expected to explode as it had been. and you and I and they are still using google to search stuff anyway no matter what phones we use, and thats the important thing to them. : D

nevertheless, i still want my nexus 4 asap : D

Received this email at 12:24am EST (12/3/12):

It looks like your transaction has passed. As soon as the processing stage has finished, the charge will go through and you will receive an email about your purchase being on its way. And I just now received this new email (I believe it's in response to a complaint I lodged via Google Play Help):

Did you call and ask to speak with a supervisor?
It's seems they are finally starting to realize many orders placed on the 13th are stuck in pending and not processing normally since all 13th backorders should have finally shipped yesterday.

Sorry, I had not seen that before. I called many times. I never actually talked to a supervisor, but based on what I have read elsewhere, I am not sure it makes any difference.

You actually received this from Google play? With the grammar errors and all :)? Nice...

So it seems some people may have had some luck (this is all VERY circumstantial - based on the XDA thread) with completely removing and re-entering their CC information, or replacing the card with another one... I tried re-entering the card myself, but that made absolutely no difference YMMV...

Yeah. I mean, I should clarify that this was NOT an independent email that I received out of the blue. I've had an email thread going for weeks now with Google Play. This email was just in response to an email I sent within the thread, so it's likely specific to me. But that's why I wondered if people have received something similar in response to order inquiries.

Glad that you are atleast getting responses from them.I have sent them multiple emails and multiple calls, but no response. I think they have created a rule to send my email directly to trash :)

All they can do is elevate our issue to the next level -- and they can't even communicate with that next level other than send an email. I'll keep you posted about anything else I receive. I'm hoping this is the week, as it'll be 3 weeks from the 11/15 backorder email saying shipping within 3 weeks.

Hope you get it, but just want to point out that last week's email (from Monday) said the phone would ship last week... I for one don't expect to ever see this order. I placed another order on 11/27 and fully expect to run into the same issue as soon as the pending charge drops off my AMEX (like it did for this order)...

I would not worry about your wallet account. It is just fine - seriously. Google is totally screwed up. I have been monitoring the xda thread and it is interesting (and sad) to see that they are also unable to ship the 11/27 orders. They issue tracking numbers that never seem to make it to UPS... More fun... I am beginning to wonder if this phone really exists. Has anyone seen one for real :)?

Maybe, just maybe, Google realized we Limbo Lv 246 people hadn't receive our phones yet and decided to give us theirs. Google might had made the labels but that doesn't mean it has been shipped :D (this is wishful thinking though. )

Yeah, I've been following the XDA thread on this, too. It's amazing to be reading up on what's going on. All I know is that Google has until the 6th to make good on shipping me the phone within 3 weeks.

I agree, don't worry about your Wallet account. It's not you, it's not me, and it's not the others still waiting. It's some issue with Google that I can't understand for the life of me why it exists and why it's not being resolved sooner.
