Backordered?

I just dl the app and I still have a ship date. No backorder.

It shows date for me as well for the whole order, but under the item it says backordered for the Buds+ and leather case. You get to it by clicking view details under Buds+ or any item in the order. Can you post your screen shot how it looks like in the app for the Buds+?

Backordered under item for Buds and Case, under phone just says created.

They are not actually at least from what Samsung says. If you go to Samsung.com and buy the buds+ separately they ship immediately. I understand gift stock is different from actual stuff but I believe this is just temporary status for now and it’ll change in few days.

True. The way I look at it, even if they do go on back order, they are ordered, discounted, I'll eventually get them. When they go on back order on the website, you can't even order then till they show up in stock, as many carriers and best buy customers will find out. Then you have to keep checking

You can walk into any store and get the 128GB on launch day without a problem.

It's the 512GB that is giving me problems.

I just ordered, within the past fifteen minutes, a 512GB S20 Ultra from Verizon with a projected delivery date of 4-17. This is going on a brand new line and I'm in no particular rush to receive it. Who is to say where things will be in 50 days with a global pandemic to make things interesting?
