Backup ALL data (including app data) to windows PC from HTC One X

I have to send my phone in to HTC (Battery issues and major overheating issues) but would like to backup everything if I can, including app data if possible. Fingers crossed they'll send me a new phone and not just replace the battery!!

Still running stock, so has to be a program that doesn't require me to root the phone. Any ideas?

Sure, download "helium" from the play store by clockworkmod
It will back up your app data.

To back up pics, music, files, etc. just connect to a pc and drag out the files to your desktop.
