Backup App recommendations for backing up Outlook & Tasks

Hello,

I've been using MyBackUp Pro for many years. For some reason it's not working right anymore and I blame the fact that all I have is a hotspot that isn't speedy enough to keep a connection going until the backup and/or restore is complete.

Anyway can anyone recommend an app that will backup my phone apps and associated date *including* Outlook/Tasks to an SD card and/or Dropbox?

I've had the V30 for 2.5 years now wanting to get everything onto my new Note 10+.

Note 10 should have a adapter in the box to connect both phones through Smart Switch and transfer content over
