Backup one device, restore to multiple devices?

I have three Android phones - a Moto G6, a Moto G5S Plus, and an LG G6.

My main phone is the Moto G6. What I would like to do is whenever I make a change to my Moto G6 (e.g. add an app), I would like that change to propagate to the other phones.

Is it possible to do this with the built-in backup & restore feature?
