backup problem? clockworkmod or sd?

I am trying to reflash a backup I made yesterday and when I attempt it, it says "no data". this is not only for yesterday's but all of my backups. Is there a way around this? Did I do something to erase the backups?

What version are you running???

Try flashing an older version like 3.0.2.5

flashed the backup through Rom manager, works like a charm. Testing out the 2.11 radio with Mini Bamf
